Caroline brings several years of commercial real estate experience to Coastal Commercial, specializing in industrial tenant representation across Southern California. She began her CRE career at Colliers in Newport Beach handling agency leasing and tenant rep work before joining KBC Advisors to support its Amazon tenant rep work across SoCal. Caroline has represented both landlords and tenants across sales, leasing, and development transactions, allowing her to provide thoughtful, hands-on service to clients acquiring, leasing, or disposing of commercial space.
