Coastal Commercial Completes Lease with Hydration Room in Belmont Shore

Coastal Commercial is pleased to announce the completion of a lease with Hydration Room for approximately 1,418 square feet at 5313 E. 2nd Street in the heart of Belmont Shore. Coastal Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

Hydration Room, a vitamin IV and injection therapy clinic with locations across Southern California, opened its Belmont Shore location in May 2026. The space is a strong fit for a wellness brand looking to reach Belmont Shore’s active, health-focused community.

The property sits at the corner of 2nd Street and Pomona Avenue, next to Breakfast Republic. It has frontage on one of Long Beach’s busiest retail corridors, which carries about 33,500 vehicles per day. A big draw for the tenant was the 10 exclusive on-site parking spaces, which are rare along 2nd Street, where most businesses rely on street parking.

Belmont Shore is one of Southern California’s few true walkable beach-town retail districts. Its 14 blocks of shops, restaurants and services bring steady foot traffic, and national and local tenants nearby include Starbucks, Tilly’s, Vans and European Wax Center. Hydration Room adds a growing wellness category to that mix, a sign of continued demand for well-located, smaller-format space along the corridor.
