Rebecca Canalez is the Chief Operating Officer for Coastal Commercial. Rebecca has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and specializes in managing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the office. She is responsible for overseeing transaction management, property analysis, property management, marketing, and client relations to ensure we are offering the best, and most efficient service possible to our clients. Where accuracy and timeliness is of essence she has created a specialized system in order to keep all parties involved on track and organized.
Over the course of her career, Rebecca has worked for CBRE, Marcus & Millichap, and Berkadia which has allowed her to gain extensive experience analyzing, managing, leasing, and selling commercial real estate. Rebecca graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2008, and has been licensed California Real Estate Agent since 2003.
During her free time, Rebecca` enjoys spending time with her friends and family, skiing, snowboarding, reading, hiking, playing basketball, and visiting her hometown.
